Glenn holds licenses to practice Certified Public Accountancy, and for Life, Health and Disability Insurance Sales. He graduated from Hofstra University, Zarb School of Business in May of 1984, when Hofstra’s accounting program had a ranking of #5 in the nation. With 30-plus years of diverse experience in the profession, he is an accomplished, respected CPA, sought-after on a regular basis by other national firms. Glenn is an active member of The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and New York State Society of CPAs (NYSSCPAs). Glenn has extremely good analytical skills and has a unique ability to visualize potential finance issues and problems before they happen. As your “financial-care provider,” you will quickly learn that you are in great hands. He has written for and been quoted by The American College of Physicians, has also lectured other CPAs on the topic of Accounting and Auditing for the Foundation for Accounting Education (FAE). Glenn was a recipient of the Zarb School of Business Dean’s Award for Community Service and has donated countless numbers of hours to various not-for-profits in the area of financial services, from leading the accounting teams on walk-a-thons to chairing finance committees. Glenn currently holds the position of Treasurer for Friends of The Bay, a non-profit organization whose mission is to preserve, protect and restore the Oyster Bay/Cold Spring Harbor Estuary. He is also an Executive Board Member, Governance Committee Member, a Chair of the Finance Committee & lastly a Conservation Committee Member, which is actually what brought him to Friends of the Bay. He has had a lifelong admiration for the environment & the life within.
Glenn enjoys reading and researching the latest law regarding taxation as well as the business management of healthcare practices, not for profits, service businesses, real estate & construction. As a high school and college student, Glenn interned for the family land surveying business which was prominent on the North Shore of Long Island. He resides now with his wife and two daughters in Mill Neck, New York. He enjoys leading a healthy lifestyle, music, gardening, photography and hiking.

Dawn graduated from Adelphi University with a BS in Nursing in 1986. She has been employed by the North Shore Long Island Jewish Health System for 25-plus years. She is a recipient of Schneider Children's Hospital (now Stephen and Alexandra Cohen Children's Medical Center) "Employee of the Year" for 2006 for her relentless dedication to patient programs at a senior executive level, patient satisfaction and years of service to the now Northwell Health institution. Dawn is an invaluable consultant for the niche clients of MDcpas.Com. Dawn enjoys theater, fine dining, piano, Disney, hiking with her Red Standard Charlotte and time with family.

Viktoria began working with the firm in 2016 and obtained her Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Accounting from Long Island University following several years of Pre-Med studies at NYU. She still enjoys health related topics tying in well to the firm's niche clientele, but opted to be on the business side of the environment. She is a strong advocate of leading a healthy lifestyle. Viktoria was a college athlete and a member of LIU’s Division II Fencing Team which has helped her adapt well to the rigors of the public accountancy profession. Viktoria enjoys working with QuickBooks enabling clients to make great economic decisions based on current company data, as well as keeping up to date with the latest taxation laws. She also enjoys antiquing, yoga, paddle boarding, gardening and time with family.
